Made all the conference packages/folders that we distributed to all the delegates.
Disseminated the conference information to all the pertinent stake holders.
We set up the conference venue and put all the audio visual equipment in place before the conference commenced.
For internet communication, we ensured that there was an internet cable and link dedicated to the conference.
We serviced the hospitality desk and registered all the delegates.
Sourced for all auxiliary staff including ushers and all the other facilitators.
We set up the conference secretariat that was run by our qualified personnel.
